Moto Madness Customs is proud to offer our 520 sprocket & Chain conversion kits for vintage Honda Motorcycles & Cafe Racers. All our sprockets are made and cut right here in the USA with manufacturers who have over 40 years experience with motorcycle sprockets. Our rear sprockets are cut from aircraft grade 7075-T6 aluminum. Fronts are all case hardened steel for extremely long life.
Rear sprockets cut from 7075-T6 Aero Space Grade Aluminum
Front Sprocket are case hardened steel
Hardened Anodized Silver
Custom colors available upon request for an extra $25-$30
Kits come with a EK or RK O-Ring Chain.
Chain available in Natural or Gold Color
Q:
How many links is the chain? Also is the centre of the 520 sprocket the same thickness as the 530 (stock) or is that also thinner and require shims to mount correctly on stock hub?

Q:
I have 2 Honda CB360,'s. both are going to be strictly road race bikes at Loudon and Cannon race tracks. Can you recomand a good front and rear sprocket for these bikes and those tracks. Also, if i were to buy 2 complete sets can you give me a better price ? Thanks for any help Randy

Hello, I am looking at your 520 chain conversion for a CB360. However, I only need the rear sprocket as I am swapping in a motor that already uses a 520 front sprocket. Anyway I could purchase just the rear sprocket? And if so how much? Thank you!

Hello Moto Madness Customs! I am doing an electric motorcycle conversion on a 1974 CB360 and I am wondering if your 520 conversion kit can just be bought with the rear sprocket and chain. If so, what is the price difference? Also, what is the size range that the rear sprocket can be made in? Does the chain come with some extra links? Thank you, Colby
