Moto Madness Customs is proud to offer our 520 sprocket & Chain conversion kits for vintage Honda Motorcycles & Cafe Racers. All our sprockets are made and cut right here in the USA with manufacturers who have over 40 years experience with motorcycle sprockets. Our rear sprockets are cut from aircraft grade 7075-T6 aluminum. Fronts are all case hardened steel for extremely long life.
Rear sprockets cut from 7075-T6 Aero Space Grade Aluminum
Front Sprocket are case hardened steel
Hardened Anodized Silver
Custom colors available upon request for an extra $25-$30
Kits come with a EK or RK O-Ring Chain.
Chain available in Natural or Gold Color

Q:
520 conversion kit front and rear sprocket kit choices way different than what is currently on bike. 15t/45t.on 74 cb450. is this by design the drastic difference? because the 520 is that much lighter? or do you have other not listed choices? there is currently a 530 o ring chain that grinds on actuator.

Hi, I have a honda Cb500t in europe. I believe they have the same sprockets and chains as the 450. My question is if I could buy the sprockets separate from the chain, since we pay a very high import tax in the Netherlands, and I can purchase a chain locally aswell. Thank you for your time.
